If you change your mind you can return unworn items within 28 days of placing your order.

If you purchase a bracelet and you snap the elastic within one year of purchasing it, we will re-thread it for free! (Please note it is unlikely to break as we use high quality elastic). You will just need to pay to post the item to us (we recommend using a recorded service). There may be a charge if you have lost some beads.
